Power+Energy Electronics Technician and Customer Service Team Member
Power+Energy is currently hiring electronics technicians and expanding its customer service team. Our ideal candidate:
- Has a high school diploma or college degree, with experience in electronics or a related engineering field.
- Can provide excellent customer service to both technical and non-technical operators .
- Is comfortable working with schematics and other electronics technician skills.
- Can communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Is proficient in general business software, such as the Microsoft Office suite, for producing documentation and communications.
The job itself will involve:
- Providing excellent customer service for the operation and troubleshooting of our hydrogen purifiers and related products.
- Maintaining and improving customer support materials (operating manuals, schematics, and performance certifications).
- Technical writing and producing/maintaining documentation that meets company standards.
