Power+Energy's PE2100P Series Micro-Channel Hydrogen Purifier provides a cost-effective, easy-to-use, and compact solution for ultra-pure hydrogen production. Our h2 purifiers have been designed to produce a continuous supply of low-cost ultra-pure hydrogen from commercial cylinders or an in-house source of h2. Efficiency is a top goal: The PE2100P Series hydrogen purifier provides nine-nines purity (only 1 ppb total impurities) at flow rates of up to 30 standard liters per minute (SLPM).

Supports the most demanding hydrogen purity requirements. These h2 purifiers are ideally suited for compound semiconductor and other advanced processes including LED, SiC and GaN devices, photovoltaics, fuel cells and related ultra-pure hydrogen needs.

	The Power+Energy PE2100P Series Micro-Channel H2 Purifier offers such unique features as a compact design and a PC board that constantly monitors the purifier's status, comparing temperatures, rate of rise, and other details to ensure that it operates safely and within precise guidelines. Each unit is helium-leak-tested during assembly, and is then bench-tested before shipping to ensure maximum reliability.
