October 14 - 19, 2012
IWN2012
Sapporo, Japan

The International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors (IWN2012) will be held in Sapporo, Japan, from October 14 to 19, 2012. This workshop follows the first workshop held in Nagoya, Japan (IWN2000); the second in Aachen, Germany (IWN2002); the third in Pittsburgh, USA (IWN2004); the fourth in Kyoto, Japan (IWN2006); the fifth in Montreux, Switzerland (IWN2008); and the sixth in Tampa, USA (IWN2010). P+E will exhibit at this conference, an important resource for anyone involved with nitride growth and optical devices.  Gas purifiers for hydrogen are required to assure high-purity hydrogen used in MOCVD processes, and P+E offers the best technology to assure < 1 ppb purity at any flow rate and any inlet purity level.
