The 6000 and 7000 Series Micro-Channel Hydrogen Purifiers are designed for use as new or replacement cells for use in your existing hydrogen purification and hydrogen production equipment. Hydrogen purity levels of 99.9999999% are achievable with continuous operation.
These Micro-Channel Purifiers are available in a number of different models in order to accommodate your hydrogen gas output flow and spacing requirements. The flow rates across the 6000/7000 Series range from 60 to 400 standard liters per minute (SLPM). Please note that the physical dimensions vary, depending on output.
