 Micro-Channel Hydrogen Separators

Power+Energy uses its wide array of hydrogen technologies to extract hydrogen from a mixed gas stream, typically provided by a fuel reformer. These systems are optimized for hydrogen efficiency, using advanced Micro-Channel Separation Membranes to remove h2 in the presence of high concentrations of other gases — P+E’s technology delivers ultra-pure hydrogen at high separation efficiencies in a compact and rugged package.

Standard Features of all P+E Hydrogen Purifiers:

  • Advanced Micro-Channel Membrance Technology
  • Deliver 99.9999999% Pure Hydrogen from any hydrogen source
  • Support the most demanding purity requirements
  • Ideally suited for compound semiconductor and other advance processed including LED, SiC GaN and Photovoltaic Fuel Cells and related H2 needs

In order to meet our customers' exact requirements, Power+Energy's state-of the-art Micro-Channel Hydrogen Purification units are available in both low-flow and high-flow h2 separation systems. A low-flow system is a small, compact Micro-Channel Hydrogen Purifier designed for customers requiring 6 to 30 standard liters of ultra-pure hydrogen per minute. The Micro-Channel Separation Systems are designed for an "on-demand" usage pattern in which ultra-pure hydrogen gas is not in constant use. High-flow Micro-Channel Purifiers are an "always-on" solution. These high-output machines provide a continuous stream of up to 650 standard liters per minute.

If you have any questions about which P+E system would best fit your hydrogen purification needs, or if you would like to discuss the option of a custom-built Micro-Channel Hydrogen Purifier, please contact us.
