In order to meet our customers' exact requirements, Power+Energy's state-of the-art hydrogen purification units are available in both low-flow and high-flow separation systems. A low-flow system is a small, compact hydrogen purifier designed for customers requiring 6 to 30 standard liters of ultra-pure hydrogen per minute. The separation systems are designed for an "on-demand" usage pattern in which ultra-pure hydrogen gas is not in constant use. High-flow purifiers are an "always-on" solution. These high-output machines provide a continuous stream of up to 650 standard liters per minute.

Hydrogen Fuel Without the Infrastructure

P+E offers palladium-alloy separation membrane assemblies for use as hydrogen separation systems for reformate streams or as membrane reactors. 6000/7000 Series: The 6000/7000-series purifiers are P+E's second high-flow option. Matching the high-capacity output of the 9000 series, these hydrogen purifier cells are designed for use as new or replacement cells in your existing equipment.

Power+Energy High-Flow Hydrogen Purification Systems

9000 Series: P+E's 9000-series high-flow stand-alone system is designed for customers requiring UPH gas flows from 30 to 700 standard liters per minute. The advanced P130 controller is integrated into the chassis. LAN-based remote access and integrated helium-leak test ports and software are also included. The 9000 series represent the industry's most powerful UPH production option available today.

Power+Energy Low-Flow Hydrogen Purification Systems

2100 Series: This system is the ideal solution for an "on-demand" output flow.  Power+Energy provides three different models, with output capacities of 6, 14, or 30 standard liters per minute. The 2100 series is designed to be safely turned on and off whenever ultra-pure hydrogen gas is required.
