| Job Title: |
Quality Manager |
| Job Purpose: |
To further develop, maintain and ensure compliance to the company
quality plan. To achieve and maintain accreditaiton to ISO9000 and QS9000. |
| Reports to: |
President and COO |
| Principle Responsibilities: |
- Further develop and maintain ISO compliant quality plan and document
control system
- Work with external bodies to achieve and maintain accreditation to ISO and
other applicable quality standards
- Ensure P+E products are in compliance with all relevant safety and quality
standards, ie CE, ASME, etc.
- Implement quality measurement and quality improvement tools
- Train all P+E employees in quality tools

| Required Qualifications: |
- Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
- Quality qualifications or quality association membership preferred
|
| Required Experience: |
- Experience in developing and maintaining quality systems
- Familiarity with the needs and requirements of the Electronics
industry
- Experience in deisgn and manufacturing environment
- Small business experience
- Audit experience
|
| Required Skills: |
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Design of Experiments, Validation, and Testing
- Strong computer skills - documentation, database, etc.
|
