6. Updating, Deleting, Editing Your Subscriber Information for Newsletters

Our newsletter subscriptions are handled through a third party, Constantcontact.com .  If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletters, please click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter and follow the instructions.  Once unsubscribed, only you can restore yourself to the subscription list.

7. Live Customer Service Assistance

PowerandEnergy.com offers Users live customer service assistance.  Users of this service may disclose personally identifiable information to PowerandEnergy.com.  This personally identifiable information is used to help facilitate the customer service representative in assisting with the inquiries they receive from the User.  Live customer service is only available by telephone.
